The Preview Bar by default is located along the top edge of the Work Window and to the right of the Page Bar. It offers tools to allow you to see the native code your project has generated, to preview your page or project in a web browser, and to publish and upload your project.
Controls on the Preview Bar include the following:
Control | Description |
Code Window – Click to open the Code View Window to the right of the Work Window to display generated HTML or SVG. For more information, see Project Code. | |
Publisher – Click to open the Publisher dialog box to convert your finished project to HTML or SVG and upload your web to your chosen web host or to a folder on your system. For more information, see Publisher Dialog Box. | |
Preview Current Page – Click to open your system’s default web browser window to preview the current page in HTML or auto SVG. For more information, see Project Preview. | |
Preview All Pages – Click to open your system’s default web browser window to preview all pages in your project in HTML or auto SVG. For more information, see Project Preview. | |
Coding Language Selection – Select from the dropdown menu the coding language in which you would like to preview your page or project. For more information, see Project Preview. | |
Help – Click to activate “What’s This?” help. For more information, see Context-Sensitive Help. |
