Use the Page Selection- Include dialog box to quickly include a selected object on specific pages or all pages of your project. You may also choose to remove the object from specific pages or all pages.
If the included object will have a different background on different pages and
the background will be part of the image, then that include object will need to be unique or you will see another page’s background in the object.
When you open the Page Selection - Include dialog box, it will checkmark the same pages you had checked the last time you used it. Those checkmarked pages do not indicate which pages the object is currently included on. (This is done to allow you to repeat an include on the same selection of pages without re-selecting the set of pages each time.) Click the Current Includes button to view which pages the object is currently included on.
The Page Selection - Include option is enabled only in projects with more than one page.
Open the Page Selection &endash; Include dialog box by right-clicking an object and selecting Include, or by selecting an object in the Work Window and selecting EditIncludeInclude On.
